Here are some more photos from Labor Day weekend.

The Birthday Girl

These are a little late, but here are a few photos from her birthday. It was pretty low key since she'd already had a party earlier, and she wasn't feeling too great. I made her chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream, but you know she's sick when she just eats the whipped cream part :( She opened a few gifts and then we went tubing and for a boat ride. Not too bad for a 5th birthday.

You can tell she finally got into it at the end in the photos where her arms are raised and she's smiling :)

Dance Class

Today Bella had her first dance class. She is in Tap/Ballet/Tumbling for 45 min. once a week. She said she liked it, but was a little hesitant to participate until the end (in true Bella fashion.) When I asked her about it she said she was "just a little shy". But she came home and danced until supper :) Hopefully, she will grow to love it. She has a recital in June, so she has awhile to get used to it. In the meantime, she looks incredibly cute in class, even if she mostly stands and watches :)
